Ice bath & Sauna

Ice bath & Sauna

An unforgettable experience with a taste of wilderness! We provides all the equipment required for one night in the wilderness. Like sleeping bags and sleeping pads. You must have your own clothing.

Step into the quiet of the Nordic winter and experience something you’ll never forget.

On the edge of a small forest lake, the world becomes still. Snow softens every sound, and the pine trees stand dark around the shoreline. Wrapped in warm layers, you’ll walk out onto the frozen lake with our guides, feeling that special mix of calm and excitement that only winter can bring.

At the heart of the lake awaits the highlight: an ice pool, carefully and safely cut into the thick ice just for you. You take a breath, gather your courage, and step down into the water—an instant shock that quickly turns into pure energy. Your body wakes up, your mind clears, and you understand why this Nordic tradition is both thrilling and deeply refreshing.

And then comes the reward: a sauna out on the ice. Let the heat sink in as your pulse slows and winter glows outside—frozen water, drifting snow, and a view you won’t find anywhere else.

To complete the experience, a heated lavvu (traditional Nordic tent) is ready nearby—a cozy place to change, relax, and warm up between dips. Here, you can also enjoy food and hot drinks served in true Nordic style.

This is more than an activity—it’s a winter ritual of ice, warmth, nature, and pure Nordic magic.
